The 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution protects us from unreasonable searches and seizures. The 14th Amendment gives us the right to due process. The 8th Amendment protects us from excessive fines. Inmates have a right to access the courts, to seek redress, and to live in humane conditions. The Vieira Firm understands the issues incarcerated people face and has been appointed by the federal court to represent individuals in prison cases.
